功能性胃肠病（functional gastrointestinal disorders，FGIDs）是消化系统的常见病。中医药在治疗FGIDs上具有独特优势，并逐渐得到国内外医学界的认同。本文系统综述了FGIDs的病名、病因病机，并对近年来FGIDs中医现代诊治、中医药治疗、临床试验研究、临床结局评价进行了归纳总结，强调了在整体观及辨证论治理论指导下的中医对于FGIDs辨证辨病的认识刚好体现罗马Ⅳ共识FGIDs的“多维度”诊疗特征。提出目前FGIDs中医临床研究存在和急需解决的问题。

Functional gastrointestinal disorders (FGIDs) are common diseases of the digestive system. Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of FGIDs, and has gradually been recognized by the medical community at home and abroad. This article systematically reviews the disease name, etiology and pathogenesis of FGIDs, and summarizes the modern diagnosis and treatment of FGIDs in traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine treatment, clinical trial research, and clinical outcome evaluation in recent years. FGIDs" understanding of syndrome differentiation just reflects the “multi-dimensional” diagnosis and treatment characteristics of FGIDs in Rome IV consensus. The current problems of FGIDs clinical research in Chinese medicine and the problems that need to be solved urgently are proposed.
