脑出血是神经内科常见的急危重症,发病后形成初级损伤和继发性损伤,造成严重的神经功能缺损和脑损伤。为了应对这种损伤,大脑启动了如小胶质细胞极化及细胞自噬活动等自我修复机制,旨在通过抑制损伤、促进修复以维持中枢神经系统内环境的稳态。然而这种内源性修复具有一定的局限。因此,外源性干预以促进机体抑制损伤、促进修复显得尤为重要。近年来,中医药治疗脑出血因其多靶点、多途径、多环节作用特点,得到广泛关注。探讨脑出血后中医药干预发挥的促进机体抑制损伤、促进修复双重作用机制,有助于进一步阐明和提高中医药治疗脑出血的临床疗效。

Intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) is a commonly acute and critical disease in neurology department. Primary injury and secondary injury can be formed after it occurs, causing severely neurologic deficits and brain damage. In defense to the injury ,the brain activate repair mechanisms like polarization of microglial and autophagy, which aims to maintain internal environment homeostasis of central nervous system by inhibiting injury and promoting repair. However, the endogenous repair has certain limitations. It is particularly important to motivate the function of inhibiting injury and promoting repair by exogenous intervention. In recent years, Chinese medicine treatment of ICH draws widely attention due to their characteristics of multi-target, multi-channel and multi-link. To explore the dual mechanism of TCM intervention after ICH, which can motivate the function of inhibiting injury and promoting repair, is helpful to further clarify and improve the clinical efficacy of TCM in the treatment of ICH.
