目的 基于中医传承辅助平台软件（V2.5）提供的数据分析平台，研究清代方剂专著论述泄泻的用药规律，供现代中医临床辨证用药参考。方法 查阅中华医典（第5版）中的79部清代方剂专著，选择其中10部专门论述“泄泻”的方剂专著，建立数据库，通过中医传承辅助平台软件（V2.5）集成的药物“频次统计”、“规则分析”等功能，对治疗泄泻的用药规律进行分析。结果 本研究共筛选出93首泄泻处方，含药物119味，挖掘出高频（频次 ≥ 5）药物20味，高频（频次 ≥ 13）药物组合12组，演化得到19个核心药物组合和6首新处方。结论 清代方剂专著中治疗泄泻的方剂，多用利水消肿药、补益药，切合本病脾虚湿盛的病机。中医传承辅助平台（V2.5）可实现对于方剂数据的录入、管理、查询和分析，是一个富有价值的辅助中医药研究的工具。

Objective Using the data analysis platform provided by TCM Heritage Support System Software (V2.5), the Qing Dynasty prescriptions monography were studied to discuss the medication rules of diarrhea for reference in clinical syndrome differentiation of modern Chinese medicine.Methods Check out the 79 Qing Dynasty prescriptions in the Chinese Medical Code (5th Edition), select 10 of them to discuss the “discharge” prescription, establish a database, and integrate the drugs through the Chinese Medicine Heritage System (V2.5). Functions such as frequency statistics and “rule analysis” are used to analyze the medication rules for treating diarrhea.Results A total of 93 prescriptions for diarrhea were screened in this study, containing 119 flavors of drugs. Excavation of high-frequency (frequency ≥ 5) drugs 19 flavors, high frequency (frequency ≥ 13) drug combination 12 groups, evolution of 19 core drug combinations and 6 new prescriptions.Conclusion In the Qing Dynasty prescriptions monotherapy treatment of diarrhea prescriptions, more use of water to soak, replenishing products, to meet the pathogenesis of the disease spleen dampness. The TCM Heritage Support System (V2.5) can realize the input, management, query and analysis of prescription data, and is a valuable tool for assisting Chinese medicine research.
