热证可灸与否是长期以来存有争议的话题,各家观点迭出,本文试通过熵理论等相关角度进行探析:其内涵指出系统恒处于有序向无序的转归过程,同时,所纳入的负熵概念提供了系统保持有序性(相对平衡稳态)的科学依据,类比到机体疾病状态下,提出艾灸疗法对热证的干预可致机体热量耗散及温通诸经,使得机体获得负熵,疾病向愈,从而论述热证可灸的可行性。在此基础上,进一步对灸量这一变量与疗效之间的关系进行初步分析,并对“热证贵灸”的理论构建作出设想,以期提出科学量化新角度。

Heat syndrome can be moxibustion or not which is a controversial topic for a long time, each point of view comes out repeatedly, this paper attempts to explore through the entropy theory and other relevant angles: its connotation points out that the system is always in an orderly to disorderly process of return. At the same time, the concept of negative entropy provided a scientific basis for keeping the system orderly (relative equilibrium steady state). Compared to the state of disease, it was suggested that the intervention of moxibustion therapy on heat syndrome could cause the heat dissipation and warming of the organism. Make the body obtain negative entropy, disease to the recovery, thus discussing the feasibility of moxibustion of heat syndrome. On this basis, the relationship between the quantity of moxibustion and the curative effect is analyzed at a further level, and the relationship between the quantity of moxibustion and the curative effect is also analyzed. In order to put forward a new angle of scientific quantification, the theoretical construction of “moxibustion with heat syndrome” was put forward.
