通过对《中药新药临床研究指导原则》《中医病证诊断疗效标准》、5-7版统编教材《中医内科学》和学术界对冠心病辨证构成的比较分析，发现在权威文献之间，学术界之间，权威文献与学术界之间的辨证差异较大，文中对存在的诸多问题进行分析，并提出解决这一问题的基本思路与方法，建议中医界组成有机协调、统一操作的辨证规范团队，在症状体征规范的基础上，开展冠心病证规范，配合基于流行病学调查的前瞻性辨证研究，或可实现对冠心病辨证的规范统一。

It is found that in authoritative literature and academic circles, there is a large discrepancy betweenauthoritative literature and academic circles, by comparing and analyzing Criteria of Diagnosis and Therapeutic Effect of TCM Diseases, Guideline for the Clinical Research on New TCM Drugs, 5-7 version of Internal Chinese Medicine as wellas syndrome differentiation of academic circles towards coronary heart disease, In this paper, many problems areanalyzed. And basic ideas and methods are put forward to solve that problem. It is suggested that an organic, coordinated,unified dialectical and standardized team is to be formed in TCM circle. On the basis of symptoms and signsstandardization, we should develop the standardization of coronary heart disease syndrome. With prospective syndromedifferentiation research achievement, based on epidemiological survey, it may possible to realize the standardization andunification of syndrome differentiation of coronary heart disease.
