目的:基于古今医案云平台(V1.4)挖掘穴位贴敷治疗过敏性鼻炎的的取穴用药规律,为临床提供参考。方法:计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普网、万方数据收录的1987年1月-2018年1月穴位贴敷治疗过敏性鼻炎临床研究文献。采用Excel表格建立数据库并录入古今医案云平台(V1.4),采用系统的频次分析、核心处方等数据挖掘方法对纳入数据进行分析。结果:经筛选,共纳入穴位贴敷取穴处方171首,涉及腧穴60个,频次最高的腧穴为肺俞,为159次。穴对排名前5位的依次是大椎-肺俞、肾俞-肺俞、脾俞-肺俞、脾俞-肾俞、肾俞-大椎。主要核心处方为肺俞、大椎、肾俞、脾俞、风门、膏肓。涉及贴敷药物处方167首、中药64味,频次>100的中药依次为芥子、细辛、醋甘遂、延胡索,药对排名前五位的为细辛-芥子,醋甘遂-芥子,细辛-醋甘遂,延胡索-芥子,细辛-延胡索。核心处方为芥子、醋甘遂、延胡索、细辛、麻黄。结论:古今医案云平台(V1.4)分析得出的穴位贴敷治疗过敏性鼻炎的取穴、用药规律可指导临床应用。选用最精简、最核心的药物可节约用药,减轻患者的经济负担;精简腧穴又能减少患者治疗过程中的痛苦;且对以后临床研究穴位贴敷对AR起作用的免疫学、病理学基础及临床应用等实验研究提供统一规范的选穴、用药依据。

Objective: To explore the selection of points and medication rules in treating allergic rhinitis with acupointapplication based on traditional Chinese medical knowledge service and sharing system (V1.4), and to provide referencesfor clinical application. Methods: A computer researched was made on the clinical research literature of acupointapplication for the treatment of allergic rhinitis from January 1987 to January 2018, which was recorded by Chinaknowledge resources database (CNKI), Chinese scientific journal database (Chongqing VIP) and Chinese academicjournal database (Wanfang Data). The database was built using Excel spreadsheet and entered into the raditional Chinesemedical knowledge service and sharing system (V1.4). The data was analyzed by using data mining methods such asfrequency analysis and core prescription. Results: After screening, a total of 171 acupoints prescription were applied toacupoint application, involving 60 acupoints. The highest frequency of acupoints was Feishu (BL13), which was 159times. The top 5 points of the pair are Dazhui (GV14)- Feishu (BL13), Shenshu (BL23)- Feishu (BL13), Pishu (BL20)-Feishu (BL13), Pishu (BL20)-Shenshu (BL23), Shenshu (BL23)-Dazhui (GV14). The main core prescriptions are Feishu(BL13), Dazhui (GV14), Shenshu (BL23), Pishu (BL20), Fengmen (BL12), and Gaohuang (BL43). A total of 167prescriptions and 64 drugs were involved for acupoint application, and the drugs that with a frequency of more than 100were Semen Sinapis Albae, Herba Asari, Radix Euphorbiae Kansui, Rhizoma Corydalis. The top five medicines of the pairwere Herba Asari-Semen Sinapis Albae, Radix Euphorbiae Kansui-Semen Sinapis Albae, Herba Asari-Radix EuphorbiaeKansui, Rhizoma Corydalis- Semen Sinapis Albae, Herba Asari-Rhizoma Corydalis. The core prescriptions were SemenSinapis Albae, Radix Euphorbiae Kansui, Rhizoma Corydalis, Herba Asari, Herba Ephedrae. Conclusion: TraditionalChinese medical knowledge service and sharing system (V1.4) analysis showed that selection of points and medicationrules in treating allergic rhinitis with acupoint application can guide the clinical application. Selecting the moststreamlined and core drug can save the drug and reduce the economic burden of the patient; streamlining the acupointcan reduce the pain in patient's treatment process; and the immunological and pathological basis for clinical applicationof acupoint sticking on AR experimental research such as clinical application provides a unified and standardizedselection of points and medication basis.
