目的：探讨周天推督调脊手法、刺血和穴位注射三联疗法治疗颈性眩晕的临床效果。方法：将96例病人随机分成观察组和对照组。观察组采用周天推督调脊手法、刺血和穴位注射三联疗法治疗，对照组采用常规推拿手法治疗。结果：两组有效率分别为97.92%和89.58%，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.01）。观察两组患者的组间及组内治疗前后的眩晕评分量表，观察组与对照组在治疗后相比，观察组评分明显减少，差异有统计学意义（P < 0.01）。结论：三联疗法治疗颈性眩晕颈性眩晕疗效显著。

Objective: To explore the clinical effects of cervical vertigo treatment using the triple therapy of the cycle continuous pushing Du meridian chiropractic therapy, pricking blood therapy and acupuncture point injection. Methods: A total of 96 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group was treated with the triple therapy of the cycle continuous pushing Du meridian chiropractic therapy, pricking blood therapyand acupuncture point injection. The control group was treated with routine massotherapy. Results: The effective rate of 2groups were 97.92% and 89.58%, which was with statistical significance (P < 0.01). Vertigo evaluation scores were observed within groups and between groups before and after treatment. After treatment, the score of observation groupwas significantly reduced compared with the control group, which was with statistical significance (P < 0.01). Conclusion: The triple therapy had obvious therapeutic effects in the treatment of cervical vertigo.
