药物依赖是严重危害人类健康、增加社会经济和医疗压力的精神疾病。药物依赖严重损害中枢神经系统的形态与功能，引起脑部微环境稳态失衡。我国历史上对药物依赖的现象早有记录。近代以来，中医药界对药物依赖的理论与治疗也进行了积极的探索，积累了丰富的经验。本文就中药及方剂治法对脑部谷氨酸能系统和多巴胺能系统稳态调控治疗药物依赖的研究进展进行了概述，以期为中医药戒毒研究提供参考。

Drug dependence is a mental illness that seriously harms human health and increases social and medical stress. Drug dependence severely impairs the morphology and function of the central nervous system, causing a steady imbalance of the brain microenvironment. The phenomenon of drug dependence in human history has long been recorded. In modern times, the Chinese medicine community has also actively explored the theory and treatment of drug dependence and accumulated rich experience. This paper summarized the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine and prescription treatment on the glutamate system and dopaminergic system steady-state regulation of therapeutic drug dependence in order to provide an reference for TCM detoxification research.
