难治性心力衰竭是临床常见病、难治病，风心病瓣膜术后患者合并难治性心力衰竭急性发作期，在临床上进行中西医结合心脏康复的报道较少，康复风险较高。本文通过对此类患者进行中西医结合I期心脏康复治疗报道，分析风心病心力衰竭患者中西医结合心脏康复的必要性及优点，为临床心脏康复提供参考。

Refractory heart failure is a clinical common disease, patients after rheumatic valvular surgery with refractory heart failure in acute period are seldom been reported because of high risk by cardiac rehabilitation of integrated Chinese and western medicine. This report is based on a patient with high risk of stage I cardiac rehabilitation treatment, analysis the necessity and advantages of cardiac rehabilitation integrated Chinese and western medicine in patients with rheumatic heart failure which provides reference for clinical cardiac rehabilitation.
