目的 对蒙药巴特日-7有效部位的抗炎和急性毒性作用进行评价。方法 以巴特日-7水提物为对照,采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀和角叉菜胶致小鼠足肿胀实验,对巴特日-7有效部位进行抗炎活性评价;采用小鼠半数致死量(LD50)和最大耐受量实验,对其急性毒性进行评价。结果 巴特日-7有效部位具有明显的抗炎作用,抗炎作用与巴特日-7水提物之间无显著性差异(P > 0.05)。巴特日-7有效部位和水提物灌胃给药对小鼠没有出现LD50值;最大耐受量实验相当于临床成人(体重70 kg)安全用药剂量的120倍左右,均未出现急性毒性现象。结论 巴特日-7有效部位具有明显的抗炎作用,急性毒性较低,其作用机制有待进一步研究。

[Abstract]
Objective To evaluate anti-inflammatory and acute toxic effects of effective parts of Mongolian medicine Bateri-7. Methods Taking the water extract of Bateri-7 as the control, the anti-inflammation activity of the effective parts of Bateri-7 was evaluated by experiments of auricle swelling induced by xylene and foot swelling induced by carrageenan in mice. Through LD50 and maximum tolerance experiments in mice, the acute toxicity was evaluated. Results The effective parts of Bateri- 7 had obvious anti- inflammatory effects. There was no significant difference between the anti-inflammatory effects and the water extract of Bateri-7 (P > 0.05). LD50 value was not found in mice with effective parts or water extract of Bateri-7. The amount of maximum tolerance test was equivalent to about 120 times of the safe drug dose for clinical adults (body weight 70 kg), and no acute toxicity was found. Conclusion The effective parts of Bateri-7 has obvious anti-inflammatory effects and little acute toxicity, and its mechanism of action remains to be further studied.
