山药是一种多年生缠绕草本植物,广泛分布于我国中部、东部、东北部,韩国、日本也有分布。山药主要含有淀粉、氨基酸、多糖、微量元素、脂肪酸、皂苷、多酚等化学成分,具用抗氧化、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗癌、调节血糖血脂、调节肠道菌群等药理作用,其复方还被广泛的应用于临床实践,治疗诸多的老年性疾病。本研究在综述近年来山药研究进展的同时,还应用了网络药理学方法对山药抗衰老的机制进行了分析,为山药进一步的研究和开发提供参考。

Chinese yam is a perennial twining herb, mainly distributed in the middle, eastern and northeastern of China. Chinese yam mainly contains starch, amino acids, polysaccharides, trace elements, fatty acids, saponins, polyphenols and other chemical compositions. Chinese yam has many different pharmacological effects such as anti-oxidation, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, anti-cancer, and regulation of blood sugar, blood lipid, intestinal flora. Compound prescription for Chinese yam is widely used in clinical practice to treat many senile diseases. This research not only has summarized the research progress of Chinese yam, but also has applied the network pharmacology method to analyze the anti-aging mechanism of Chinese yam. This research aims to provide a reference for further research on Chinese yam and development of it.
