目的 通过分析中医方药治疗放疗及化疗所致口腔炎的文献，探讨其用药规律。方法 检索1987-2017年中国期刊全文数据库及万方数据库，基于Microsoft Excel 2007软件和clementine12.0软件，采用描述性分析和关联规则数据挖掘方法，对筛选出的243篇临床应用报道进行整理与分析。结果 243篇临床应用报道中包含放化疗致口腔炎病例共10585例，处方238首，中药230味。230味处方中药使用频次前五的依次是甘草、金银花、生地黄、麦冬、玄参；功效归属类型排在前三的依次是清热药、补虚药、解表药；四性类型排在前三的依次为寒、微寒、平；五味类型排在前三的依次为甘味、苦味、辛味；归经类型排在前三的依次为肺经、胃经、心经。在关联规则分析中，符合支持度≥ 10%及置信度≥ 70%分析条件的关联规则共37条，其中包含药对关联规则6条，3味药关联规则19条，4味药关联规则12条，核心药物为使用频次较多的前五味中药。结论 中医治疗放化疗致口腔炎的用药规律为：清热药+补阴药+利咽药、清热药+利咽药及清热药+补阴药。

Objective To explore medication rule of Chinese medicinal formulae for stomatitis caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy. by analyzing the literatures. Methods The literatures on it were analyzed. The China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Wanfang Database from 1987 to 2017 were retrieved. Based on Microsoft Excel 2007 software and Clementine12.0 software, descriptive analysis and association rule data mining methods were used to sort out and analyze 243 clinical application reports. Results A total of 10585 cases of stomatitis and 238 prescriptions and 230 Chinese herbs were included in the 243 clinical reports. The orders of the top 5 frequency of usage in the 230 Chinese herbs were Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma, Lonicerae Japonicae flos, Rehmanniae radix, Ophiopogonis radix, and Scrophulariae radix. The top 3 of effects were the heat-clearing medicines, tonifying and replenishing medicines, and exterior-releasing medicines; the top 3 of the four properties were cold, slightly cold, and peaceful property; the top 3 of five flavors were sweetness, bitterness, and pungency; the top 3 of meridian entry were lung meridian, stomach meridian, and heart meridian. There were 37 rules that meet the analysis criteria of support dgree ≥ 10% and confidence level ≥ 70% in the analysis of association rules. 6 items of couplet medicinal association rules, 19 items of 3 Chinese medicine association rules, and 12 items of 4 Chinese medicine association rules were contained. The core medicines were top 5 frequency of usage. Conclusion The rule of TCM for stomatitis caused by chemo- radiotherapy was heat- clearing medicinal + tonifying yin medicinal + relieving sore throat medicinal, and the secondary combinations were heat-clearing medicinal + tonifying yin medicinal, and heat-clearing medicinal + relieving sore throat medicinal.
