化疗致周围神经病变（CIPN）是肿瘤治疗中常见的副作用之一，现已成为限制肿瘤治疗的棘手问题。由于CIPN的发生机制复杂，临床常见以对症治疗，辅以镇静、抗抑郁等手段为主，治疗效果不佳。中医药在防治CIPN方面有着独特的优势，本文通过对中西医结合治疗CIPN进行综述，以期为临床治疗CIPN提供参考和依据。

Chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) is one of the common side effects in cancer treatment, and has become a difficult problem to limit the treatment of cancer. Because the mechanism of CIPN is complex, clinical symptoms are often relieved by pain, supplemented by sedation, antidepressant and other means, and the therapeutic effect is not good. Chinese medicine has great advantages in the prevention and treatment of CIPN. This paper reviewed the treatment of CIPN with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in order to provide reference and basis for clinical treatment of CIPN.
