通过检索近10年与艾滋病合并咳嗽相关的文献报道，就艾滋病咳嗽的病因病机、辨证论治进行综述。艾滋病合并咳嗽多由于机体正气亏虚、邪气久伏、复感外邪，致使肺失宣降、气机不畅。在辨证上有所争议，通过清宣和补益的方式进行治疗。多项研究均证实中医药在治疗艾滋病咳嗽中有确切的疗效，为了使中医药在治疗艾滋病相关性机会性感染中得到推广、更好的使病人获益，需要中医药治疗在诊断、治疗及疗效评价、临床研究、达到标准化。

By searching the literatures related to AIDS cough in recent 10 years, this paper summarized the etiology, pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment of AIDS cough. AIDS cough is often caused by the lung failing to disperse and downward, unsmooth qi movement, due to deficiency of healthy qi, long-term hidden pathogenic qi and contracted with external pathogens. Arguments were found in syndrome differentiation, and can be treated by clearing and dispersing and tonifying and benefiting. A number of studies have confirmed that Chinese medicine in the treatment of AIDS cough has a definite effect, in order to promote Chinese medicine in the treatment of AIDS-related opportunistic infections, better benefit the patients, which needs for Chinese medicine treatment in the diagnosis, treatment and efficacy evaluation, clinical research to meet the standards.
