肾纤维化是各种慢性肾脏病常见的病理基础,其以炎性细胞的浸润、成纤维细胞的增殖、细胞外基质沉积为特征。中医认为气虚血瘀是肾纤维化的基本病机,运用益气活血法抗肾纤维化的机制研究取得进展,故文章从调节细胞因子的表达、减少细胞外基质的沉积、抑制上皮间充质转化、减轻炎症反应、抗氧化应激反应方面进行阐述益气活血法干预肾纤维化的作用机制,以期为今后中医药防治肾纤维化提供依据。

Renal fibrosis is the common pathological basis of chronic kidney diseases, which is characterized by inflammatory cell infiltration, fibroblast proliferation, and extracellular matrix deposition. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) considers that the basic pathogenesis of renal fibrosis is blood stasis due to qi deficiency. Progress has been made in the research on the mechanism of benefiting qi and activating blood circulation method against renal fibrosis. Therefore, this paper elaborates the mechanism of benefiting qi and activating blood circulation method in the intervention of renal fibrosis from the aspects of regulating the expression of cytokines, alleviating inflammatory reactions, regulating the metabolism of the extracellular matrix, inhibiting the epithelial-mesenchymal transition, and anti-oxidative stress, so as to provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of renal fibrosis with TCM in the future.
