中医理论认为，舌诊是望诊的主要内容，临床上是通过观察病人舌质和舌苔的变化以诊察疾病的方法，是中医学独特的诊法之一。本文主要对中医舌诊的发展进行概括总结，并通过搜集整理大量文献资料，对舌象、舌苔微生态及其两者与疾病的关系进行归纳，旨在发现疾病与舌象及舌苔微生态之间的变化规律，为中医舌诊的研究找到新的方向与切入点。

According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, tongue diagnosis is the main content of inspection. Clinically, it is a method to diagnose diseases by observing the changes of tongue quality and tongue coating of patients, which is one of the unique diagnostic methods of traditional Chinese medicine. This paper mainly summarizes the development of tongue diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine, and summarizes the relationship between tongue image, tongue coating microecology and diseases through collecting and sorting out a large number of literature materials, aiming to find the change rules between diseases and tongue image and tongue coating microecology, and find a new direction and breakthrough point for the study of tongue diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine.
