目的 利用当今复杂网络技术，分析灸法治疗单纯性肥胖的核心腧穴及核心穴组。方法 在中国知网（CNKI）、维普（VIP）、万方医学（Wan-Fang）、中医药在线数据库（TCM）、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）以及PubMed几大主要中英文数据库中检索收集近40年来国内外学者使用灸法治疗单纯性肥胖的临床研究文献，并对其进行系统筛选与整理，然后建立灸法治疗单纯性肥胖处方数据库，再利用复杂网络技术对腧穴节点进行中心性分析和聚类分析，最后利用Gephi9.1程序绘制出相应的可视化复杂网络效果图。结果 共纳入符合要求的灸法处方113个，共涉及到69个腧穴。复杂网络分析结果提示灸法治疗单纯性肥胖的核心腧穴依次是丰隆、三阴交、关元等；核心穴组依次是天枢与中脘、丰隆与三阴交、气海与天枢等。结论 本研究借助复杂网络分析技术总结出了灸法治疗单纯性肥胖的核心处方，为今后临床医师或相关研究者使用该法治疗单纯性肥胖提供了新依据与新思路。

Objective To analyze the core acupoints and core point groups of moxibustion for the treatment of simple obesity based on complex network technology.Methods The clinical research literature on the use of moxibustion for the treatment of simple obesity by scholars at home and abroad in the past 40 years was searched and collected in several major Chinese and English databases, including China Knowledge Network (CNKI), Vipers (VIP), Wan-Fang Medicine (Wan-Fang), Chinese Medicine Online Database (TCM), Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), and PubMed, and systematically screened and organized. Then, a database of prescriptions of moxibustion for simple obesity was established, and then the centrality and clustering analysis of acupoint nodes were performed using complex network technology, and finally the corresponding visualized complex network effect map was drawn using Gephi 9.1 program. Results A total of 113 moxibustion prescriptions which are in accordance with the inclusion criteria, involving 69 acupoints. The top 15 core acupoints are Fenglong (ST40), Sanyinjiao (SP6), Guanyuan (CV4) and so on. The core acupoint groups were Tianshu (ST25) and Zhongwan (CV12), Fenglong (ST40) and Sanyinjiao (SP6), Qihai (CV6) and Tianshu (ST25).Conclusion This study summarized the core prescription of moxibustion method for treating simple obesity based on complex network analysis technique, which provides new basis and new ideas for future clinicians or related researchers to use this method for treating simple obesity.
