目的 综述中医四诊技术在抑郁症诊断和预测上的研究进展，为临床与科研提供理论及事实依据。方法 搜集古代中医四诊及近年来现代中医四诊技术在抑郁症诊断上的记载与文献报道，并进行归纳、分析和总结。结果 目前基于现代中医四诊相关的技术已应用于抑郁症的诊断和预测上，望诊、闻诊、问诊和切诊等对抑郁症生理和病理上的认识各有特色，并有对该病独特的识别方法。结论 现代中医四诊技术对抑郁症的诊断和预测有重要优势，但也有不足所在，值得进一步研究。

Objective To review the research development of the four diagnostic methods in the diagnosis and prediction of depressive disorder and provide theoretical and factual evidence.Methods By collecting the literature and reports of the four diagnostic methods of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and the four diagnostic methods of modern Chinese medicine applied in depressive disorder, this paper conducts analysis and summarizes the information.Results The four diagnostic methods have been applied to the diagnosis and prediction of depressive disorder. The methods of inspection, listening and smelling, inquiry, and palpation have their own characteristics in the physiological and pathological acknowledgment of depressive disorder and have the unique diagnostic methods towards the disease.Conclusion The four diagnostic methods of modern Chinese medicine have advantages towards the diagnosis and prediction of depressive disorder, but also exists disadvantages. It is worth making further research.
