神经病理性疼痛(Neuropathic pain,NPP)是以感觉功能障碍为主要表现的疾病,如痛觉过敏、自发性疼痛、异常疼痛等,发病多样且发病机制尚不明确。坐骨神经慢性压迫损伤(Chronic constriction injury of the sciatic nerve,CCI)模型是研究NPP的经典模型。目前,制备CCI动物模型的方法较固定且经典,每种方法各有其特点,本文通过将CCI动物模型选择与制备方法的文献结合笔者的实际操作,探讨实验性CCI动物模型的选择与制备方法,以期对研究CCI动物模型的制备与选择提供有效参考。

Neuropathic pain (NPP) is mainly manifested as sensory dysfunctions such as hyperalgesia, spontaneous pain, and abnormal pain. The incidence is diverse and the pathogenesis is not clear. The models of chronic constriction injury of the sciatic nerve (CCI) are the classical models of NPP researches. A variety of classical animal models exist for studies of CCI, each with its own characteristics. this article reviews the literature on methodologies for establishing animal models of CCI, adding the author's own researches. In order to provide a guide for researchers who have questions on applying these models to their own work, we will discuss the advantages and disadvantages in this article.
