目的 通过挖掘舌诊诊断标准研究的关键文献、研究热点、作者合作网络、机构合作关系，为研究者了解舌诊诊断标准的研究历史、现状及发展趋势提供参考。方法 在中文期刊数据库中对有关舌诊诊断标准相关话题进行检索，按制定的纳入与排除标准对文献进行筛选，结合人工文献阅读和信息提取的方法，运用CiteSpace软件对作者、机构、关键词进行分析。结果 纳入文献116篇，通过可视化分析发现随着对舌诊诊断标准重要性的认识，相关文章数量在2006年及以后迅速增加。机构和作者合作主要是集中于机构内部。舌诊诊断标准的核心作者还未出现，但形成了7个比较稳定的研究团队，陆小左、胡镜清、王忆勤等学者为各团队间的合作起到了桥梁作用。主要研究机构是天津中医药大学中医药工程学院、天津市中医药研究院、中国中医科学院中医基础理论研究所、河南中医药大学第一附属医院、北京中医药大学。文献关键词除了诊断标准外，可以归纳为3类：描述方法学的关键词，描述辨证的关键词和描述疾病的关键词。这在一定程度上相当于从3个角度反映着当下的研究热点。本研究预测未来舌诊诊断标准将借助舌诊客观化及方法学在临床常见病中实现。结论 舌诊诊断标准研究目前尚无统一定论，加强发展并探索现代方法学应用于舌诊诊断标准的制定与临床应用。在未来长期探索与研究中终将以标准化引领和主导中医药发展，推动中医药的国际化进程。

Objective To explore the key literature, research hotspots, author cooperation network, and institutional cooperation relationship of tongue diagnosis diagnostic criteria, so as to provide a reference for researchers to understand the research history, present situation, and development trend of tongue diagnosis criteria.Methods The topics related to the diagnostic criteria of tongue diagnosis were searched in the Chinese periodical database, and the pieces of literature were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Combined with the methods of artificial literature reading and information extraction, the authors, institutions, and keywords were analyzed by CiteSpace software.Results In total, 116 pieces of literature were included. Through visual analysis, it was found that with the understanding of the importance of diagnostic criteria of tongue diagnosis, the number of related articles increased rapidly in and after 2006. The cooperation between the organization and the author is mainly concentrated within the organization. The core authors of tongue diagnosis criteria have not yet appeared, but seven relatively stable research teams have been formed. Lu Xiaozuo, Hu Jingqing, Wang Yiqin, and other scholars have played a bridge role in the cooperation between the teams. The main research institutions are the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine Engineering of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tianjin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Institute of Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine, and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. In addition to diagnostic criteria, literature keywords can be classified into three categories: keywords describing methodology, describing dialectical keywords and describing diseases. To a certain extent, this is equivalent to reflecting the current research hotspots from three angles. This study predicts that the diagnostic criteria of tongue diagnosis will be realized in clinical common diseases with the help of objectification and methodology of tongue diagnosis in the future.Conclusion There is no unified conclusion on the diagnostic criteria of tongue diagnosis, so we should strengthen the development and explore the application of the modern methodology in the formulation and clinical application of diagnostic criteria of tongue diagnosis. In the long-term exploration and research in the future, standardization will eventually lead and lead the development of traditional Chinese medicine and promote the process of internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine.
