目的 探讨颗粒剂四君子膏对脾气虚证模型大鼠心功能的影响。方法 将60只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、四君子汤组、颗粒剂四君子膏高组、颗粒剂四君子膏中组及颗粒剂四君子膏低组。采用隔日饮食加力竭游泳及大黄水灌胃法制备脾气虚证大鼠模型。超声诊断仪测定大鼠的心功能变化，ELISA法测定大鼠血清与心肌组织中脑钠肽（BNP）、环磷酸腺苷（cAMP）的含量，Western blot法及免疫组化法测定心肌组织中BNP的蛋白表达情况。结果 脾气虚证模型大鼠心功能下降，血清及心肌组织中BNP、cAMP的含量增多，心肌组织中BNP蛋白表达增加（P < 0.05），给予四君子汤及不同浓度颗粒剂四君子膏后大鼠脾气虚症状及心功能情况得到改善，体内BNP及cAMP水平均有所下降，BNP蛋白表达下调（P < 0.05）。结论 颗粒剂四君子膏的功效较为理想，可以改善脾气虚证大鼠的心功能，颗粒剂膏亦可运用于临床。

Objective To investigate the effect of Sijunzi Ointment Granule on cardiac function of rats with spleen qi deficiency model.Methods Totally 60 SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Sijunzi Decoction group, Sijunzi Ointment Granule high group, Sijunzi Ointment Granule medium group, and Sijunzi Ointment Granule low group. The rat model of spleen qi deficiency was prepared by the method of alternate days diet and exhausting swimming and rhubarb solution gavage. The changes of cardiac function in rats were measured by ultrasound diagnostic instrument. The content of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) in serum and myocardial tissue was determined by ELISA, and the protein expression of BNP in myocardial tissue were determined by Western blot and immunohistochemistry.Results The cardiac function of rats with spleen qi deficiency model decreased, and the content of BNP and cAMP in serum and myocardial tissue increased, the BNP protein expression in myocardial tissue also increased (P < 0.05). Sijunzi Decoction and Sijunzi Ointment Granule with different concentrations of granule were given to the rats and the symptoms of spleen qi deficiency and cardiac function were improved, the levels of BNP and cAMP were decreased in vivo, and the expression of BNP protein was down-regulated (P < 0.05).Conclusion The effect of Sijunzi Ointment Granule is ideal, which can improve the cardiac function of rats with spleen qi deficiency, and the Granulated ointment can also be used in clinic.
