近年来随着胃癌前病变（precancerous lesions of gastric carcinoma， PLGC）的发病率不断上升，基础研究也就成为了重中之重，正确的动物模型选择为临床研究提供了基础，针对不同的需求选择合适的模型。查阅国内外文献发现胃癌前病变的模型多种多样，有免疫模型、Hp感染模型、化学制剂诱导模型等，为寻求更为理想的动物模型，现将近年来关于胃癌前病变的造模方法进行总结，并且归纳和分析。

In recent years, with the increasing incidence of precancerous lesions of gastric carcinoma, clinical basic research has become a top priority. Correct selection of animal models provides a basis for clinical research, and appropriate models are selected according to different needs. A variety of models of chronic atrophic gastritis have been found in domestic and foreign literatures, including immune models, Hp infection models, and chemical induction models, etc. In order to find a more ideal animal model, the modeling methods of precancerous lesions of gastric carcinoma in recent years were summarized and analyzed.
