目的 探索国内中医药治疗眩晕领域的研究热点、现状与趋势，为科研及临床提供参考。方法 以CNKI核心期刊作为数据源，应用CiteSpace可视化软件，对该领域内的机构、作者、关键词进行知识图谱分析。结果 共纳入文献722篇。机构发文量处于前5位的有广东省中医院（20篇）、中国中医科学院（14篇）、北京中医药大学（13篇）、广州中医药大学（13篇）、天津中医药大学第一附属医院（12篇）等。除去无意义的关键词后，频次排名前10位且中介中心性 ≥ 0.1的关键词有：椎基底动脉供血不足（71，0.26）、刺法（42，0.51）、椎动脉型颈椎病（34，0.49）、推拿（23，0.38）、高血压（20，0.15）。近5年突现的关键词有：后循环缺血（2010年-2015年）、临床疗效（2013年-2019年）、刺法（2013年-2019年）、数据挖掘（2014年-2017年）、随机对照试验（2014年-2019年）、椎动脉型颈椎病（2015年-2019年）、后循环缺血性眩晕（2016年-2019年）。结论 眩晕领域当前研究热点是刺法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病，其次是高血压。高血压一直处于平稳发展状态，从2016年开始刺法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病出现下降趋势，后循环缺血或后循环缺血性眩晕有望成为新的研究热点。

Objective To explore the research hotspots, current status, and trends in the field of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treating vertigo and provide references for future scientific research and clinical practice.Methods With CNKI"s core journals as the data source and CiteSpace as the visualization software, the knowledge map of the authors, organizations, keywords in this field were analyzed.Results In total, 722 articles were included. The top 5 institutions with the largest number of published articles were Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine (20), China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences (14), Beijing University of Chinese Medicine (13), Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine (13), The First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (12). After excluding the meaningless keywords, the top 10 most frequent keywords also with intermediary centrality ≥ 0.1 were as follows: vertebrobasilar insufficiency (71, 0.26), acupuncture (42, 0.51), cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type (34, 0.49), massage (23, 0.38) and hypertension (20, 0.15). The keywords in the past 5 years were: posterior circulation ischemia (2010-2015), clinical efficacy (2013-2019), acupuncture (2013-2019), data mining (2014-2017), randomized controlled trials (2014-2019), cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type (2015-2019), and posterior circulation ischemic vertigo (2016-2019).Conclusion The current focus in the vertigo field is acupuncture therapy for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type, followed by hypertension. Researches on hypertension have been in a stable state of development. Since 2016, acupuncture therapy for cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type has shown a downward trend. Posterior circulation ischemia or posterior circulation ischemia vertigo is expected to become a new research hotspot.
