目的 通过数据挖掘分析近20年麻杏石甘汤相关文献，把握该领域的研究热点并展望研究趋势。方法 运用CiteSpace软件对近20年中国知网（CNKI）中麻杏石甘汤相关文献的年发文量、作者、机构和关键词进行可视化分析，并绘制知识图谱。结果 经筛选后共计纳入1490篇文献，年平均发文量约75篇，总体上呈现波动增长趋势；有201位作者被纳入，发文量 ≥ 10篇的有6人，形成了以徐国良教授为主和以卢芳国教授为中心的两大的团队；共纳入41个研究机构，其中湖南中医药大学发文35篇，北京中医药大学发文26篇，江西中医药大学发文22篇，为该领域的三大主要研究机构；图谱中共纳入237个关键词，有32个高中介中心词，形成14个合理聚类，探测出25个突现词。结论 麻杏石甘汤的相关研究内容涉及临床研究、动物实验、组方研究以及药理研究等；主要病种包含不同类型呼吸道传染病以及小儿肺炎、社区获得性肺炎、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、支气管哮喘等，治疗方法上多采用中西医结合疗法，或是联用其他方药、穴位贴敷等；近年来倾向于麻杏石甘汤在临床上的研究，从支气管炎、甲型流感到新冠肺炎均有涉及；药物机理上看，麻杏石甘汤与“炎症因子”、“炎症风暴”的相关研究是十分热门的研究方向，具有较高学术潜力；对麻杏石甘汤的研究形成了稳定的学术团队，但尚未形成核心研究团队，且研究团队、研究机构之间合作较少。

Objective To grasp the research highlights and the trends in the study of Maxin Shigan Decoction through data mining on the related literatures over the past two decades.Methods Use CiteSpace to do an visualization analysis on annual paper publishing, authors, institutions and keywords in related literatures of Maxing Shigan Decoction over the past two decades in CNKI and draw a knowledge map.Results After screening, a total of 1490 articles were included, with an average annual volume of approximately 75 articles, which showed an overall volatile growth trend; 201 authors were included, 6 with a volume of ≥ 10 articles, forming two major teams with Professor Xu Guoliang and Professor Lu Fangguo as the centers; 41 research institutes have been included, among which there are three major research institutions, namely, Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine that published 35 papers, Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine26 papers, and Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine 22 papers ; 237 key words have been included inknowledge map, with 32 of high betweenness centrality, 14 rational clusterings and 25 sudden words.Conclusion The researches of Maxing Shigan Decoction involve clinical research, animal experiments, prescription research and pharmacological research etc.; the target diseases mainly include pediatric pneumonia, community-acquired pneumonia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchial asthma, influenza and different Types of respiratory tract infectious diseases; the treatment methods are mostly integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, or treatments combined with other prescriptions or acupoint application, etc. In recent years, the research hotspots have tended to clinical research, focusing on clinical efficacy. In recent years, novel coronavirus pneumonia has been a hot topic in clinical research. It is involved in bronchitis, influenza A and neon coronitis. In terms of drug mechanism, the research of Maxing Shigan Decoction and inflammatory factors and inflammatory storm is a very popular research direction. It has high academic potential and focuses on clinical efficacy. However, the core research team has not yet formed, and the cooperation between the research team and research institutions is less. Stable academic teams have been formed, but not any core research teams, and the cooperation of research team and institution is far from enough.
