为了解中医药知识图谱的研究和应用现状，并为进一步构建痴呆痰瘀互结证知识图谱提供依据，本文对知识图谱概念、构建方法进行了概述，综合近10年中医药知识图谱研究现状，对其主要应用场景进行分类，并分析常见图谱绘制工具的主要功能和特点。发现一方面，在科学问题上，中医药大型知识图谱、中医药临床研究等专题的知识图谱应用需求较大，但构建研究仍然比较缺乏；另一方面，在研究技术和方法上，中医药知识图谱构建流程和策略的标准和规范尚未形成。基于上述认识和课题组对痴呆痰瘀互结证的研究，尝试基于内容分析法及Neo4j图形数据库构建痴呆痰瘀互结证知识图谱。

In order to understand the research and application status of TCM knowledge graph, and to provide the basis for further constructing the knowledge graph of dementia with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, this paper summarized the concept and construction methods of knowledge graph, summarized the research status of TCM knowledge graph in recent 10 years, classified its main application scenarios, and analyzed the main functions and characteristics of common mapping tools. It is found that, on the one hand, there is a large demand for the application of large-scale knowledge graph of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine, but the research on the construction of knowledge graph is still lacking; on the other hand, in terms of research technology and methods, the standards and norms of the construction process and strategy of knowledge graph of traditional Chinese medicine have not yet been formed. Based on the above understanding and our research on the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis in dementia, we try to construct the knowledge graph of the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis in dementia based on content analysis and Neo4j graphic database.
