目的 通过采用定性和定量相结合的方法，以“中医舌象特征客观化”为主题开展系统的文献计量研究与科学知识图谱可视化分析，总结近20年“中医舌象特征客观化”研究发展方向、热点前沿。方法 通过检索2001年1月1日-2020年12月31日收录在中国知网数据库（CNKI）相关文献。应用CiteSpace软件对纳入文献进行作者、关键词、研究机构共现分析。选择对浅语义算法（LSI）标记聚类，通过时间线视图展示不同聚类的相互影响及时间跨度。结果 纳入文献589篇，通过定量分析找到该研究领域高产机构、研究团队、研究学者。北京中医药大学发文量91篇，是发文量最大的研究机构；梁嵘发文30篇是最高产作者。关键词“舌象”出现频次最高（114次），中心性最高（0.58）；关键词聚类分析形成了10个聚类标签。结论 2型糖尿病、慢性乙型肝炎等疾病的舌象特征、特征提取、深度学习、信息融合、关联性研究等为该领域的热点内容。

Objective Through qualitative and quantitative methods, to carry out systematic bibliometric research and visualization analysis of scientific knowledge map under the theme of “objective characteristics of tongue image of traditional Chinese medicine"”, and to summarize the development direction and hot frontier of research on “objective characteristics of tongue image of Traditional Chinese medicine” in the recent 20 years.Methods The relevant literature in the research field of “objectified characteristics of the tongue image of TCM” in CNKI database was searched, and the relevant literature from January 1,2001 to December 31, 2020 was included after weight removal. CiteSpace software was used to analyze the authors, keywords and co-occurrence of research institutions in the included literature. The clustering of shallow semantic algorithm (LSI) was selected to show the interaction and time span of different clustering through the time line view.Results 589 references were included. Through quantitative analysis, high-yield institutions, research teams and researchers were found in this field. Beijing University of Chinese Medicine is the largest research institution with 91 publications. Liang Rong was the most prolific author of 30 articles. Key words “tongue image” appeared the most frequently (114 times) and the most centrality (0.58). Keywords cluster analysis formed 10 cluster tags.Conclusion Tongue diagnosis image segmentation, image recognition, image processing, image analysis and syndrome, feature extraction, deep learning, information fusion and other diseases such as type 2 diabetes, chronic hepatitis B are the hot topics in this research field.
