目的 评价国内小儿咳嗽诊疗指南与共识的质量，了解当前存在的问题，为今后制定与更新指南奠定基础。方法 以“小儿咳嗽”、“儿童咳嗽”、“小儿慢性咳嗽”、“专家共识”、“指南”、“共识”、“建议”等为主题词检索维普（VIP）、万方数据库（Wanfang Data）、中国知网数据库（CNKI）；应用指南质量评价工具AGREE Ⅱ与澳大利亚Joanna Briggs Institute（JBI）循证卫生保健中心的质量评价工具对入选的指南与专家共识进行评价。结果 共纳入3篇指南与2篇专家共识，其中指南的平均得分分别为“范围和目的”58.1%、“参与人员”12.96%、“严谨性”9.49%、“表达明晰性”66.05%、“应用性”5.09%、“编辑独立性”0%。结论 国内小儿咳嗽诊疗指南与专家共识质量不高，相关临床研究与在指南制定与更新的严谨性与规范性有待加强。

Objective To evaluate the quality of the guidelines and consensus on cough diagnosis and treatment in children in China, to understand the current problems, and to lay the foundation for the development and updating of guidelines in the future.Methods The databases of VIP, Wanfang Database, CNKI, Application Guide Quality Evaluation Tool AGREE II and Joanna Briggs, Australia were searched using the theme words of “child cough”, “child cough”, “expert consensus”, “guide”, "consensus”, “recommendation” and so on. The Institute's (JBI) evidence-based health care center quality evaluation tool were used to evaluated selected guidelines and expert consensus.Results A total of 3 guidelines and 2 expert consensus were included, of which the average score of the guidelines was 58.1% for “scope and purpose”, 12.96% for “participants", 9.49% for “rigor”, 66.05% for “clarity of expression”, 5.09% for “application" and 0% for “editorial independence”.Conclusion The quality of domestic cough diagnosis and treatment guidelines and expert consensus is not high, and the rigor and standardization of relevant clinical research and development and updating of guidelines need to be strengthened.
