目的 基于昆仑穴的古籍文献，归纳整理其主治病证、腧穴的单穴及配伍应用和应用方法，以期为临床提供更多参考和借鉴。方法 以《中华医典》为源数据库检索昆仑穴的相关条文，建立昆仑穴应用数据库，通过IBM SPSS STATISTIC 26对数据进行分析处理。结果 检索相关的古籍著作共计238部，纳入文献条文432条，昆仑单穴主治病证共达47种，优势病证为：腰痛、足痛、头痛、下肢肿（头痛、下肢肿为并列关系）、癫痫、鼻衄、喘证、难产（癫痫与鼻衄、喘证、难产为并列关系）、肩背痛、太阳中风、前阴肿、疟疾、暴喘、中风、水肿、小儿阴肿（暴喘、中风、水肿、小儿阴肿为并列关系）；配伍主治病证73种。最常见的配伍用穴频次前10依次为合谷、照海、绝骨、足三里、太冲、太溪、涌泉、金门、腕骨、申脉、三阴交、天柱、委中、阳溪（腕骨、申脉、三阴交、天柱、委中、阳溪出现频次相同）；最常使用的方法为针刺和艾灸。结论 上述结果较为全面地展示了古籍中昆仑穴在单穴治疗中与配伍治疗的临床应用，总结分析古代病案中昆仑的优势病种和与之相配的使用方法，为今后的临床应用和科研提供一些思路和启发。

Objective To summarize the ancient literature on Kunlun (BL60) based on their main symptoms, single points and acupuncture points in combination with applications and application methods, in order to provide more clinical references and references.Methods Chinese medical classics was used as the source database to retrieve relevant articles of Kunlun, and the application database of Kunlun was established. IBM SPSS STATISTIC 26 was used to analyze and process the data.Results A total of 238 relevant ancient works were searched, and 432 articles of literature were included. There are 47 types of diseases and illnesses treated mainly by Kunlun as the main point. The predominant syndromes and diseases are low back pain, foot pain, headache, lower limb swelling, headache, (headache and lower limbs swelling for parallel relationship), epilepsy, epistaxis, catch certificate, childbirth (epilepsy and epistaxis, gasping syndrome, dystocia for parallel relationship), shoulder pain, the attack of Taiyang channel by wind, scrotal swollen, malaria, and critical asthma, stroke, edema, cloudy swelling (critical asthma, stroke, edema, infantile scrotal swollen for parallel relationship); It was compatible with 73 main therapeutic indications. The top 10 most commonly used acupoints with the highest frequency of compatibility are Hegu (LI4), Zhaohai (KI6), Juegu (GB39), Zusanli (ST36), Taichong (LR3), Taixi (KI3), Yongquan (KI1), Jinmen (BL63), Wangu (SI4), Shenmai (BL62), Sanyinjiao (SP6), Tianzhu (BL10), Weizhong (BL40), and Yangxi (LI5) (the occurrence frequency of Wangu, Shenmai, Sanyinjiao, Tianzhu, Weizhong and Yangxi are the same).The most commonly used methods are acupuncture and moxibustion;.Conclusion The above results comprehensively demonstrate all aspects of the clinical application of Kunlun in ancient books and provide some ideas and inspirations for clinical application and scientific research in the future.
