焦虑症作为情志类疾病，符合脑不调神，肝失疏泄的病机特点。总体治疗思路当以调神为主，兼调脏腑。本文从焦虑症的病机特点，结合脏腑的生理病理特征，探讨“心”“脑”与焦虑症的相关性。通过查阅相关文献总结临床推拿治疗本病取穴规律，进一步探讨推拿治疗焦虑症的取穴思路，以期为临床推拿治疗焦虑症选穴的合理化、标准化提供参考。推拿治疗时从“心脑同治，腹背双调”角度出发，以脏腑、经络等理论为依据，治“脑”取百会、风池、太阳、印堂、四神聪，调“心”取心俞、神门、内关；再者治“腹”取中脘、气海、关元，调“背”取肝俞、脾俞、胃俞、胆俞。这种推拿取穴思路相辅相成，发挥协同作用，达到心脑同治，腹背双调的效果，有助于较好地缓解焦虑症的各种症状。

As an emotional disease, anxiety disorder is consistent with the pathogenic characteristics of the brain not regulating the mind and the liver failing to control conveyance and dispersion. The overall treatment should focus on regulating the mind and the internal organs. In this paper, we discuss the correlation between "heart" and "brain" and anxiety disorders in the context of the pathological characteristics of anxiety disorders and the physiopathological characteristics of the internal organs. By reviewing the relevant literature, we summarized the rules of acupuncture points for clinical tuina treatment of this disease and further explored the idea of acupuncture points for tuina treatment of anxiety disorders, in order to provide reference for the rationalization and standardization of acupuncture points for clinical tuina treatment of anxiety disorders. The following acupoints in tuina were selected based on the therapy of viscera and meridian, as well as in terms of “treatment of the heart and brain together, double adjustment of the abdomen and back”. Baihui (DU20), Fengchi (GB20), Taiyang (EX-HN5), Yintang (EX-HN3), Sishencong (EX-HN1) were for brain ; Xinshu (BL15), Shenmen (TF4), Neiguan (PC6) were for heart; Zhongwan (RN12), Qihai (RN12), Guanyuan (RN4) were for abdomen and Ganshu (BL18), Pishu (BL20), Weishu (BL21), Danshu (BL19) were for back. The tuina acupoint selection thought for anxiety disorder makes the selected points complement with each other and play a synergistic role, thus can relieve various symptoms of anxiety disorders better.
