目的 基于中医传承辅助平台分析王琦院士治疗痤疮的用药规律，为名老中医经验传承创新研究提供前期分析统计。方法 采集王琦院士的门诊治疗痤疮病案，运用中医传承辅助平台构建医案数据库，基于该软件的集成规则分析、复杂系统熵聚类分析等数据挖掘方法，对王琦院士的门诊治疗痤疮的用药规律进行总结。结果 整理出王琦院士治疗痤疮的方剂共70个，涉及中药131种，以寒、凉、温性，苦味，入肝、胃、肺经药频率最高，积雪草、薏苡仁、桃仁、冬瓜子、芦根、白花蛇舌草、枇杷叶、丹参为核心组方，其中积雪草、薏苡仁、桃仁、冬瓜子、芦根为最主要的五味药。结论 王琦院士认为湿热体质的人群为痤疮的高发人群，病机要点是以湿热蕴结为主，毒瘀痰结为标。治疗痤疮当以清热利湿为基本治法，兼以解毒祛瘀、化痰散结。在治疗时要注重痤疮的反复发作性，通过中药内治减轻痤疮的发作。

Objective To analyze the medication rules of Academician Wang Qi in the treatment of acne, based on the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform, and to provide preliminary analysis statistics for the innovative research on the experience inheritance of famous traditional Chinese medicine.Methods We collected the outpatient cases of Academician Wang Qi in the treatment of acne, and used the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform to build a clinical medical record database. Based on the software's integrated rule analysis, complex system entropy cluster analysis and other data mining methods, this paper summarized the medication rules of Academician Wang Qi in the outpatient treatment of acne.Results A total of 70 prescriptions for the treatment of acne by Academician Wang Qi, involving 131 kinds of Chinese medicine, were cold, cool, warm, bitter, and enter the liver, stomach, and lung meridians with the highest frequency. Centella Asiatica, Semen Coicis, Semen Persicae, Semen Benincasae, Rhizoma Phragmitis, Herba Hedyotis, Folium Eriobotryae, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae were the core formulas. Centella Asiatica, Semen Coicis, Semen Persicae, Semen Benincasae, and Rhizoma Phragmitis were the most important five herbs.Conclusion Academician Wang Qi believes that people with damp-heat constitution are high-risk groups of acne, and the main points of pathogenesis are accumulation of damp-heat and phlegm and poison as the standard. The treatment of acne should be based on clearing heat and removing dampness as the basic treatment method, as well as detoxification and removing blood stasis, phlegm and coagulation. In the treatment, we should pay attention to the recurrent of acne, and reduce the recurrent of acne through the internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
