电针作为当前坐骨神经损伤康复治疗的有效手段,其相关参数的设定尚未规范量化统一。本文通过梳理既往发表的关于电针治疗坐骨神经损伤的文献,围绕穴位的选择、针刺的深浅及频率、电流、时间等相关刺激参数,对电针干预坐骨神经损伤的动物实验研究进展予以综述,归纳电针各影响因素在坐骨神经损伤中的应用情况,以期为电针的规范化研究提供参考。

As an effective means of rehabilitation treatment for sciatic nerve injury, the setting of relevant parameters of electroacupuncture has not yet been standardized, quantified and unified. In this paper, we review the progress of animal experimental research on electroacupuncture intervention for sciatic nerve injury by combing the previously published literature on electroacupuncture for sciatic nerve injury, focusing on the selection of acupuncture points, depth of needling and relevant stimulation parameters such as frequency, current and time, and summarize the application of various influencing factors of electroacupuncture in sciatic nerve injury, in order to provide reference for the standardization of electroacupuncture research.
