脂质组学是近年来提出并兴起的一门分析检测技术和方法，是代谢组学的重要分支。由于脂质是生命体的重要组成部分，同时还参与体内多种重要的生理过程，因此脂质的组成和比例之间的变化，会导致机体生理功能的改变，从而引发一系列代谢性相关疾病。本文将对脂质组学在心脑血管疾病病理基础、发病机制及治疗靶点新发现等方面进行综述，为脂质组学在中医证侯、病机的研究及药物研发等方面提供研究思路和启迪。

Lipidomics, an important branch of metabolomics, is an analytical technique and method which is proposed and developed in recent years. Lipids are an important part of life, and participate in a very important physiological processes in the body. Changes in the composition and proportion of lipids could affect the physiological functions and lead to a series metabolic diseases. Abnormal lipid metabolism is an important pathological factor which could result in the occurrence and development of atherosclerosis. This article reviewed the use of lipidomics on the pathologic basis, pathogenesis and therapeutic targets in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, which could provide research ideas and enlightenment for lipidomics in TCM syndrome, pathogenesis and drug research and development.
