疼痛是常见的临床症状之一,中医将疼痛的病机总结为“不通则痛”与“不荣则痛”。温经通络为其治疗大法。远红外线疗法属于温热疗法的一种,能够内温脏腑,外通经脉,使经脉通畅,气血调和,较好的改善局部“通”与“荣”的状况,起到“得炅则痛立止”的效果。近年来越来越多的研究也证明远红外线疗法用于消炎镇痛、促进组织修复再生、调节血压、净化血液等效果显著,具有无创安全、依从性好等优势。基于国内外文献调研,阐述远红外线生物学效应的镇痛机制以及归纳其对不同类型的慢性疼痛的治疗效果,以期为远红外线的临床应用提供思路与借鉴。

Pain is one of the common clinical symptoms. Traditional Chinese medicine summarizes the pathogenesis of pain as "pain caused by qi and blood stagnation" and "pain caused by under-nutrition of qi and blood". Warming meridians and dredging collaterals is its treatment method. Far-infrared therapy is a kind of thermotherapy. It can warm the internal organs and open the meridians outside, make the meridians unblocked, harmonize the qi and blood, and better improve the local "unobstruction" and "nutrition" conditions, play a "heat curing the pain" effect. In recent years, more and more studies have also proved that far-infrared therapy is effective for anti-inflammatory and analgesic, promoting tissue repair and regeneration, regulating blood pressure, purifying blood, etc. It has the advantages of non-invasive safety and good compliance. Based on domestic and foreign literature research, this paper expounded the analgesic mechanism of far-infrared biological effects and summarized its therapeutic effects on different types of chronic pain, in order to provide ideas and reference for the clinical application of far-infrared.
