目的 基于CiteSpace分析近20年“气虚血瘀证”的研究，探索其研究现状和热点趋势。方法 收集中国知网（CNKI）数据库2001年至2021年气虚血瘀证相关文献，用CiteSpace知识图谱直观展示对发文量、作者、机构、关键词等信息进行分析。结果 共纳入文献1955篇。发文量显示，气虚血瘀证发文量呈现上升趋势。作者和机构分析发现以北京中医药大学王伟团队、中国中医科学院刘建勋团队等是研究气虚血瘀证的核心团队。关键词分析提示研究方向主要在气虚血瘀证疾病证候分类、中医药临床治疗、研究的方法学和发生机制等方面。结论 本研究利用知识图谱直观展示了近20年气虚血瘀证的研究进展和热点趋势，以期为气虚血瘀证的研究前沿提供新的视角参考。

Objective To explore the research hotpots and trends of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in recent 20 years based on CiteSpace5.5.R2 software.Methods The related literatures of CNKI database from 2001 to 2021 were collected, and CiteSpace software was used to analyze the publication year, authors, institutions, and keywords.Results Totally of 1955 papers were retrieved, and the volume of annual publications showed an upward trend. The authors analysis showed that Wang Wei''s team from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Liu Jianxun''s team from the Chinese Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences were the core teams for the study of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Keywords analysis showed that the research direction was mainly in the syndrome classification of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, clinical treatment of TCM, methodology and mechanism of research.Conclusion This paper uses knowledge mapping to visualize the research progress and hot trends of Qi deficiency and blood stasis evidence in the past 20 years, in order to provide a new perspective reference for the research frontier of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.
