疗效评价指标是影响中医药临床研究质量的一个重要因素。自2011年将核心指标集（Core Outcome Set，COS）的概念引入中医药研究，已经开展了多项实践研究，中医药核心指标集（Core Outcome Set of Traditional Chinese Medicine，COS-TCM）的研究方法逐渐发展。本文分析COS-TCM的研究现状，总结各项工作开展情况，为下一阶段的发展提供基础和方向。

Efficacy evaluation outcome is an important factor affecting the quality of clinical studies in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Since the concept of core outcome set (COS) was introduced into TCM research in 2011, several practical studies have been conducted, and the research method of core outcome set in TCM (COS-TCM) has been gradually developed. In this paper, we analyze the current status of COS-TCM research, summarize the status of research carried out, and provide the basis and direction for the next stage of development of COS-TCM.
