水通道蛋白一族是位于细胞膜上具有特异性、选择性、高效性的一种以转运水液为主的水孔蛋白，其主要表达于液体吸收分泌相关的内皮细胞及上皮细胞中，参与维持体液的动态平衡，对机体正常的生命活动和生理功能有重要作用，很多疾病的发生、发展和预后都与之失常有关。近年来随着科技进步和研究深入发现，中医水液代谢与水通道间存在着密不可分的关系，因此利用中医药调节AQPs的表达将为临床疾病的治疗提供新靶点和新思路。本文主要对水通道蛋白的亚型、分布、功能及中医药调节AQPs防治临床疾病的研究进展进行综述。

Aquaporin group is a predominantly transport water hole protein, located in cell membrane and has specificity, selectivity, high efficiency. Its main expression associated with liquid absorption secretion of endothelial cells and epithelial cells, involved in maintaining dynamic balance of body fluids, the body's normal life activities and physiological functions play an important role. The occurrence, development and prognosis of many diseases are related to their disorder. In recent years, with the progress of science and technology and in-depth research, it has been found that there is an inseparable relationship between water metabolism and water channel in traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, using traditional Chinese medicine to regulate the expression of AQPs will provide new targets and new ideas for the treatment of clinical diseases. In this paper, the subtypes, distribution and functions of aquaporins and the research progress of TCM regulation of AQPs in the prevention and treatment of clinical diseases were reviewed.
