痰瘀互结在临床表现广泛，既涉及体表病变，又可见于内科杂症，是冠心病发展中最常见的病理因素之一。但关于痰瘀互结的研究，对于病变过程痰瘀化热过程的具体的方药还没有相关的总结。鉴于此，本文从方药角度出发，结合国医大师的临床经验，将冠心病痰瘀互结热化阶段的治疗，根据痰瘀热邪的病位、阶段、虚实、证候不同，从热者寒之、火郁发之、留者攻之三个层面，分为清热、泻火、宣通、攻邪等不同治法对相关方剂进行梳理，根据其临床表现选取恰当的方剂对症治疗，为冠心病痰瘀互结热化的治疗提供方药的参考，以期执简御繁，裨益于目前相关冠心病的临床治疗。

It is one of the most common pathological factors in the development of coronary heart disease. However, there was no relevant summary on the specific prescriptions in the process of phlegm and blood stasis transforming heat in the process of pathological changes. In view of this, from the perspective of prescriptions and combined with the clinical experience of Chinese medical masters, this paper combs the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis heat stage of coronary heart disease according to the different disease location, stage, deficiency and excess and syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis heat evil, and divides the relevant prescriptions into different treatment methods such as clearing away heat, purging fire, dispersing and attacking evil from the three levels of heat, fire depression and attack, According to its clinical manifestations, select appropriate prescriptions for symptomatic treatment, so as to provide prescription reference for the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis heat of coronary heart disease, in order to simplify and resist complexity, which will be beneficial to the current clinical treatment of related coronary heart disease.
