[摘要]
目的 考证升降散的关键信息。方法 通过对历代中医药古籍文献研习,训词释句,正本清源,梳理升降散发展变迁、用法用量、辅料引药、禁忌等关键信息;以现行标准规范为依据,结合药图著作、地方志,厘清升降散中僵蚕、蝉蜕、姜黄、大黄的名称、基原、炮制、产地、用药禁忌等关键信息。结果 升降散的关键信息总结为:出自清·杨栗山《伤寒温疫条辨》,由川大黄(生)四钱、广姜黄(去皮)三分、白僵蚕(酒炒)二钱、全蝉蜕(去土)一钱组成;对应现代炮制品及剂量:大黄14.92 g、姜黄1.12 g、炒僵蚕7.46 g、蝉蜕3.73 g。结论 该研究为升降散的传承与创新提供参考与依据。

Objective To verify the key information of Shengjiangsan.Methods Based on the current standards and norms, combined with medical books, local chronicles and local records, the key information such as the development and changes of ascending and descending dispersion, dosage of usage, introduction of auxiliary materials and drugs, Taboos, etc., to clarify the name, origin, processing, origin and contraindication of stiff silkworm, CICADA Slough, turmeric and rhubarb in Shengjiangsan.Result The key information of Shengjiangsan was summarized as follows: from Yanglishan''s treatise on Febrile Diseases, it is composed of four coins of Sichuan rhubarb, three cents of Canton turmeric (peeled), two coins of Beauveria bassiana (fried with wine), and one coin of all cicadas; Corresponding to modern processed products and dosage: rhubarb 14.92 g. turmeric 1.12 g. Fried Muscardine Silkworm 7.46 g, CICADA Slough 3.73 g.Conclusion This study provides reference and basis for the inheritance and innovation of Shengjiangsan.
