[摘要]
目的 揭示《四部医典》所载治疗肺病药物的功能主治、组方,为临床治疗肺病提供参考,为传统医药在治疗和预防新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)感染的肺炎提供借鉴参考和用药思路。方法 收集《四部医典》中主治肺病的内服外用药,建立数据库,使用Excel等统计分析软件进行录入,并通过R version 4.0.3软件对其进行频次分析、药性分析、六味三化味分析、关联规则分析、聚类分析。结果 筛选后共纳入135首方剂,238味药物。治疗频次最高的前六位是天竺黄、红花、甘草、荜茇、檀香、诃子。关联性药对红花-天竺黄的出现频次和支持度最高。药物性能以清热药最多。药味化味中甘味和辛味、甘化味和苦化味最多。常用药物可聚类为三类。讨论 通过数据挖掘技术发现,《四部医典》中治疗肺病以敛肺止咳、清热泻火、除湿化痰药组合配伍使用。

[Abstract]
Objective To reveal the functions, indications and formulations of drugs for the treatment of lung diseases as described in the "Four Medical Codes", and to provide reference for clinical treatment of lung diseases and research and development of new Tibetan drugs for COVID-19.Methods The internal and external drug use of pulmonary diseases in "four medical codes" was collected, a database was established, and statistical analysis software such as Excel was used for input, and R version4.0.3 software was used for frequency analysis, drug property analysis, six flavors and three flavors analysis, association rule analysis and cluster analysis.Results 135 prescriptions and 238 drugs were included after screening. The highest frequency of treatment is Zhu Huang, safflower, and licorice. The occurrence frequency and support degree of related drugs to safflower - Zhu Huang were the highest. The antipyretic drugs have the most properties. Among medicinal flavor, sweet and spicy flavor, sweet and bitter flavor were the most. Commonly used drugs can be grouped into 3 categories.Conclusion Through data mining technology, it was found that the combination of collecting lung and relieving cough, clearing heat and eliminating fire, dehumidifying and reducing phlegm was used in the treatment of lung diseases in the Four Medical Classics.
