目的 探讨基于泄热醒脾饮的综合体重管理方案对肥胖患者生活质量的影响，为降低肥胖患者体重、改善生活质量提供新手段。方法 收集2018年12月至2021年7月在上海市中医医院肥胖专病门诊接受基于泄热醒脾饮的体重管理方案治疗的患者资料，包括人口学资料、体重和体重指数、肥胖相关生活质量等。治疗前后比较采用配对t检验、非参数检验和方差分析，生活质量的影响因素分析采用多元线性逐步回归。结果 本研究共纳入127例单纯性肥胖患者（男34/女93，年龄32.8±9.5岁）。治疗后患者体重下降（92.8±17.2→86.7±17.0 kg，P < 0.05），体重指数下降（33.2±4.1→31.0±4.2 kg·m^-2，P < 0.05），平均体重下降6.5±5.1%。治疗后患者体重对生活质量影响量表评分提高11.5%（74.1±13.5→82.6±11.7，P < 0.05）；其中身体机能、自尊、性生活、公众压力和工作各维度生活质量都有不同程度提高（P < 0.05）。回归结果显示：执行方案周期、行为认知执行度和治疗前生活质量评分是主要影响因素（P < 0.05）。结论 基于泄热醒脾饮的综合体重管理方案在降低肥胖患者体重同时可以一定程度改善生活质量。

Objective To explore the impact of XRXPY(XieRe XingPi decoction)-based obesity wellness intervention procedure on the health-related quality of life in simple obese patients(请作者核对中英文摘要).Methods We collected obese patients treated in Shanghai Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to July 2021. All patients received XRXPY-based obesity wellness intervention(combined diet guidance and behavioral cognition). We received demographic data, body weight and body mass index,impact of Weight on Quality of Life-Lite(IWQOL-Lite), etc. SPSS 25.0 was used for t-test,non-parametric test,ANOVA and multivariable regression analysis for statistical analysis.Results A total of 127 obese patients (Female93, Male34) involved research,the average age was 32.8±9.5 years. After treatment,the weight of the patient decreased (92.8±17.2→86.7±17.0 kg, P < 0.05),BMI decreased (33.2±4.1→31.0±4.2 kg·m^-2, P < 0.05), and IWQOL-Lite increased 11.5% (74.1±13.5→82.6±11.7, P < 0.05), the dimensions of physical function, self-esteem, sex life, public pressure and work all improved to varying degrees(P < 0.05). The results of multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the cycle of implementation of the program,the degree of implementation of behavior therapy,and IWQOL-Lite before treatment were the main influencing factors(P < 0.05).Conclusion XRXPY-based obesity wellness intervention can reduce body weight while improve the quality of life of obese patients.
