[摘要]
中药素有“药食两性”,对提高机体防御能力或防治疾病发生发展具有良好的保护作用,符合“未病先防,既病防变”中医养生理论观念。结合我国正处于推动中医药健康发展的时代背景,开发药食同源类中药来源的功能性保健食品已成为医药和食品领域新兴研究方向。目前多数药食同源类中药均含多糖重要活性成分,其具有广泛的药理作用,已被作为中药类功能性保健食品研发的天然原料。而我国审批的保健食品功效成分以多糖、总皂苷、总黄酮等为主,完全由功效成分组成的保健食品较少,以中药多糖为功效成分的组方更少,并且部分药食同源类中药多糖的药理作用机制尚未阐明,研发相关保健食品的实验或基础研究还处于初级阶段。故基于研发功能性保健食品角度,本文综述相关药食同源类中药多糖在调节肠道菌群、抗氧化、调节血糖血脂、抗肿瘤等方面的药理作用机制,为实现药食同源类中药多糖向功能性保健新食品转化提供理论依据,充分发挥民族医药在防病治病中的独特优势。

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is known as "both medicine and food", which has a good protective effect on improving the body''s defense ability or preventing the occurrence and development of diseases. That is in line with the theoretical concept of TCM health preservation of "preventing diseases before diseases, preventing changes in existing diseases". Combined with the background that China is promoting the healthy development of TCM, the development of functional health food derived from TCM has become an emerging research direction in the field of medicine and food. At present, most medicinal and edible TCM contain important active components of polysaccharides, which have extensive pharmacological effects and have been used as natural raw materials for the research and development of functional health foods of TCM. However, the functional ingredients of health foods approved in China are mainly polysaccharides, total saponins, total flavonoids, etc. There are few health foods that are completely composed of functional ingredients, and even fewer formulas that take Chinese medicine polysaccharides as functional ingredients. Moreover, the pharmacological mechanism of some Chinese medicine polysaccharides with homology of medicine and food has not yet been clarified, and the experimental or basic research on developing related health foods is still in the primary stage. Therefore, based on the research and development of functional health food, this paper reviews the pharmacological action mechanism of related medicine-food homologous polysaccharide in regulating intestinal flora, antioxidation, regulating blood sugar and blood lipid, anti-tumor, etc. so as to provide theoretical basis for the transformation of medicine-food homologous polysaccharide into novel functional health food, and give full play to the unique advantages of national medicine in preventing and treating diseases.
