目的 探究益气固表方对肺脾气虚型免疫低下RRTIs小鼠IgA、IgG、IgM和SIgA的干预作用,为益气固表方临床治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染提供一定的理论依据。方法 ICR小鼠腹腔注射环磷酰胺水溶液复制免疫功能低下,然后采用刨花烟熏加番泻叶颗粒灌胃建立肺脾气虚型小鼠模型。以匹多莫德为阳性药,益气固表方为治疗药干预小鼠3周,检测外周血白细胞数、血清免疫球蛋白A、G、M(Immunoglobulin A,IgA;Immunoglobulin G,IgG;Immunoglobulin M,IgM)的表达和肺组织分泌型免疫球蛋白(Secretory immunoglobulins A,SIgA)的水平。结果 益气固表方组与匹多莫德组较模型组白细胞总数降低(P < 0.05),IgA、IgG、IgM和SIgA升高(P < 0.05)。结论 益气固表方能够通过调节IgA、IgG、IgM和SIgA分泌,来提高机体免疫力,降低呼吸道感染。

Objective To explore the intervention effect of Yiqi Gubiao prescription on IgA, IgG, IgM and SIgA in immunocompromised RRTIs mice with lung spleen qi deficiency, and to provide some theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infections in pediatric patients with Yiqi Gubiao prescription.Methods ICR mice were injected intraperitoneally with cyclophosphamide aqueous solution to replicate immune deficiency, and then the mouse model of lung spleen qi deficiency was established by gavage with Shavings Smoky plus senna leaf granules. Pidotimod was used as the positive drug, and Yiqi Gubiao prescription was used as the treatment drug to intervene mice for 3 weeks, the levels of peripheral blood leukocyte count, serum immunoglobulin (IgA, IgG, IgM) expression and secretory immunoglobulin (SIgA) in lung tissue were detected. Results The total leukocyte count was decreased (P < 0.05) and IgA, IgG, IgM and SIgA were increased (P < 0.05) in the Yiqi Gubiao prescription group and the Pitocin group compared with the model group. Conclusion Yiqi Gubiao prescription can improve the immunity of the body and reduce respiratory tract infection by regulating IgA, IgG, IgM and SIgA secretion.
