目的 通过了解如意珍宝丸的配伍特点及治疗白脉病的核心药物，以为藏药方剂组方优化和新药研发提供思路和方法。方法 对如意珍宝丸处方药物的药“味”、“化味”、“性效”进行统计，建立数据库，通过查阅《四部医典》等藏医药典籍，筛选20种常用治疗白脉病的方剂，统计如意珍宝各成分药在20种方剂内单味药和药对频次。结果 如意珍宝丸处方药的药味以“甘味”、“辛味”、“苦味”为主，化味以“苦化味”、“甘化味”为主，药性以“温”、“凉”混合配伍，效能以“稀、钝、重、凉”为主。结论 如意珍宝丸是以调和“隆”、“赤巴”，能清热活血、醒脑开窍、通络疏脉的功效药配伍为主的组方，具有治疗脑血管系统疾病和神经系统疾病的特点，其核心组合成分为红花、肉豆蔻、麝香。

Objective To provide ideas and methods for the optimization of Tibetan medicine prescription and the research and development of new drugs by understanding the compatibility characteristics of Ruyizhengbao pills and the core drug preparation in the treatment of white-pulse disease.Methods The "taste", "chemical taste" and "sexual effect" of the components of Ruyizhengbao pills were counted, and a database was established. Through referring to The Four Medical classics and other Tibetan medical books, 20 prescriptions commonly used for the treatment of white-pulse disease were screened, and the frequency of single drug and drug pair of each component of Ruyizhengbao pills in 20 prescriptions were counted.Results It was found that the medicinal taste of Ruyizhengbao pills was mainly "sweet taste", "spicy taste" and "bitter taste", the chemical taste was mainly "bitter taste" and "sweet taste", the medicinal property was mainly "warm" and "cold" mixed compatibility, and the efficacy was mainly "Dilute, blunt,heavy, coolt".Conclusion Ruyizhengbao pills is a combination of the effective drugs of "Long" and "Chiba", which can clear heat and promote blood circulation, awake the brain and open the body, and clear the collaterals and remove the veins. It has the characteristics of treating diseases of cerebrovascular system and nervous system, and its core components are safflower, nutmeg and musk.
