络脉是目中气血、津液运行与敷布的载体和通道,玄府是络脉的门户,具有更微观的概念,两者同轴一体,在生理特性和病理改变上相辅相成、密不可分,共同构成气血、津液出入升降之通路系统。神经血管单元(Neurovascular unit,NVU)是神经细胞和血管的耦合体,具有维持视网膜内环境稳态、调节视网膜微循环、促进视网膜营养和代谢的功能。络脉-玄府轴和NVU分别是中医基础和现代医学理论中的微观结构,眼科疾病的视网膜病理变化在两者的各个功能环节均有体现。本文结合络脉-玄府轴和NVU在形态分布、结构特性、生理功能、病机表现等方面的相关性进行分析,探索络脉-玄府轴的科学内涵,为临床治疗提供理论依据。

Collaterals are the carrier and channel for the movement and application of Qi, blood and body fluid in the eyes. sweat pore is the portal of collaterals, which has a more microscopic concept. The two are coaxial and integrated, and complement each other and inseparable in physiological characteristics and pathological changes, jointly constituting a system of passageways for qi, blood and body fluids to enter and exit. Neurovascular unit (NVU) is the coupling of nerve cells and blood vessels. It has the functions of maintaining the homeostasis of retinal environment, regulating retinal microcirculation and promoting retinal nutrition and metabolism. Collaterals-sweat pore axis and NVU are the microstructure in the basis of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical theory respectively. The retinal pathological changes of ophthalmic diseases are reflected in all functional links of both. In this paper, the correlation analysis is carried out based on the commonness of collaterals-sweat pore axis and Nvu in morphological structure, physiological characteristics, physiological function and pathological manifestations, so as to explore the scientific connotation of collaterals-sweat pore axis and provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment.
