目的：明确经典名方四味石榴散的方源、组成、药味基源、剂量及功效,为其现代临床用药与药物研发提供文献证据支持及科学依据。方法：基于藏医药古代经典文献,结合文献计量学研究方法,根据纳入标准及排除标准进行文献筛选,对经典名方四味石榴散的处方源流、药味组成、剂量、主治功效及现代研究文献进行考证分析。结果：四味石榴散涉及藏医药古代书籍27本且有三种同名异方,其中最常用的四味石榴散由石榴、肉桂、豆蔻及荜苃组成,其处方来源可追溯到吐蕃时期的《比基黄经》,后经《四部医典》传承至今；四味石榴散的配方比例为2:1:1:1,即石榴为2份(肖)、肉桂、白豆蔻及荜苃为1份(肖),具有养胃生火、开胃治寒的功效,用于分清泌浊、消化不良、食欲不振、积食不化,可适当应用于伏热病的初期治疗。四味石榴散的现代研究报道较少,其现代研究程度不高,仍有很大的研发空间。

Objective: To clarify the origin, composition, source of medicinal ingredients, dosage and efficacy of the classic prescription "Siwei-Shiliu Powder", and provide literature evidence and scientific basis for its modern clinical application and drug development. Methods: Based on ancient Tibetan medical literature and combined with the research methods of bibliometrics, literature screening was conducted according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and the prescription origin, ingredient composition, dosage, main therapeutic effects and modern research literature of Siwei-Shiliu Powder" were investigated and analyzed. Results: Siwei-Shiliu Powder" is mentioned in 27 ancient Tibetan medical books and there are three different prescriptions with the same name. The most commonly used Siwei-Shiliu Powder" consists of pomegranate, cinnamon, cardamom and Piper longum. Its prescription can be traced back to the "Biji-Huangjing Tubo period and has been passed down to the present through the Gyushi. The formula ratio of Siwei-Shiliu Powder" is 2:1:1:1, that is, that is 2 parts of pomegranate (Xiao), 1 part of cinnamon, white cardamom and dried ginger (Xiao). It has the functions of nourishing the stomach and generating fire, opening the stomach and treating cold, and is used for separating clear from turbid, indigestion, loss of appetite and undigested food. It can be appropriately applied in the initial treatment of latent heat diseases. There are few modern research reports on Siwei Shiliu powder, its modern research degree is not high, and there is still a lot of room for research and development.
