目的:通过对杜仲叶相关文献和专利进行计量分析,探讨杜仲叶研究热点与趋势。 方法:本研究系统检索中国知网和Web of Science数据库中杜仲叶相关文献,运用CiteSpace软件对发文量、作者、机构、关键词进行分析;利用IncoPat专利数据库对杜仲叶专利申请数量、地域、技术用途、技术功效进行计量分析。 结果:研究发现国内外杜仲叶研究分别形成了以彭密军和Hirata, Tetsuya为核心的研究团队,其中国内侧重于杜仲叶保健功能、产品开发、工艺优化等方面的研究,国外研究更偏向动物实验与体外细胞实验,在杜仲叶活性成分鉴定与药理作用等方面研究较多。杜仲叶专利涉及疾病、医药、化妆品、生物等多个领域,技术功效体现在降低成本、提高安全性与便利性等方面。中国专利申请数量最多,为杜仲叶专利主要申请国,但各领域专利数量均较少,仍具有较高的开发潜力。 结论:本综述客观的总结了杜仲叶研究热点与专利授权现状,为今后研究与临床应用提供参考。

Objective: To explore the research hotspots and trends of Eucommia leaf by quantitative analysis of related literatures and patents of Eucommia leaf. Methods: This study systematically searched the related literature of Eucommia leaf in China Knowledge Network and Web of Science databases, and analyzed the number of publications, authors, institutions, and keywords using CiteSpace software; and the number of Eucommia leaf patent applications, geographic regions, technical uses, and technical efficacy were measured and analyzed using the IncoPat patent database. Results: At present, domestic and foreign research on Eucommia leaf has formed a research team with Peng Mijun and Hirata, Tetsuya as the core, among which the domestic research focuses on Eucommia leaf's health functions, product development and process optimization, while the foreign research is more oriented to animal experiments and in vitro cellular experiments, and more research is conducted on Eucommia leaf's active ingredient identification and pharmacological effects. Through the analysis of patent metrology, it is found that the patents of Eucommia leaf are related to many fields such as disease, medicine, cosmetic, biology, etc., and the technical efficacy is reflected in the reduction of cost, improvement of safety and convenience, etc. China has the largest number of patent applications and is the main applicant country for Eucommia leaf patents, but the number of patents in each field is relatively small, which still has a high potential for development. Conclusion: This review objectively summarizes the current status of research hotspots and patent granting of Eucommia leaf, which provides reference for future research and clinical application.
