目的 获得菊花脑芳樟醇合酶基因,并对其进行分析和功能验证。方法 根据菊花脑基因组信息,预测并克隆了菊花脑萜烯类化合物生物合成途径中的关键基因CnTPS2,分别通过原核表达和烟草瞬时表达获取代谢产物并利用GC-MS技术检测其代谢产物。结果 挖掘并克隆出片段长为1785bp的基因CnTPS2;GC-MS数据分析表明CnTPS2基因原核表达产物及烟草瞬时表达产物均含芳樟醇。结论 CnTPS2基因可以促进菊花脑芳樟醇的合成积累,该基因为菊花脑芳樟醇合酶基因。

[Abstract]
Objective To obtain the linalool synthase gene of Chrysanthemum nankingense, and to analyze and verify its function. Methods CnTPS2, a key gene in the biosynthesis pathway of terpenes in C. nankingense, was predicted and cloned based on the genomic information of C. nankingense. The metabolites were obtained by prokaryotic expression and transient expression in tobacco, respectively, and detected by GC-MS. Results The gene CnTPS2 with a fragment length of 1785bp was extracted and cloned. GC-MS data analysis showed that both the prokaryotic expression products of CnTPS2 gene and the transient expression products of tobacco contained linalool. Conclusion CnTPS2 gene, which is the gene of linalool synthase, can promote the synthesis and accumulation of linalool in C. nankingense.
