本文基于“脾在味为甘”理论,对肥胖2型糖尿病病机及治法进行探讨。肥胖2型糖尿病的主要病机可概括为阴虚津伤,燥渴不解、气失升降,形肥腹满、火热内生,消谷善饥。在此病机基础上,以“功用之甘”滋补脾阴,则津液充盈、以“功用之甘”调畅气机,则湿除脂消、以“功用之甘”清泄胃热,则饮食有节、以“功用之甘”纠“口欲之甘”治疗肥胖T2DM,为肥胖T2DM的辨证论治提供新的思路,也为甘味中药在肥胖T2DM的临床与机制研究奠定理论基础。

Based on the theory of "the spleen in the taste is sweet", this paper discusses the pathogenesis and treatment of obese type 2 diabetes mellitus. The main pathogenesis of obese type 2 diabetes mellitus can be summarized as yin deficiency and fluid injury, dryness and thirst, loss of qi, fat belly, endogenous heat, and elimination of grain and hunger. On the basis of this pathogenesis, nourishing spleen yin with "functional sweetness" can fill the body fluid, regulating qi flow with "functional sweetness", removing dampness and eliminating fat, clearing stomach heat with "functional sweetness" can regulate diet, and correcting "oral desire sweetness" with "functional sweetness" can treat obese T2DM, providing new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of obese T2DM and laying a theoretical foundation for the clinical and mechanism research of sweet flavored traditional Chinese medicine in obese T2DM.
