目的 系统梳理我国芒针领域的研究现状,揭示其发展脉络、核心热点及前沿趋势,为后续研究提供理论依据与新思路。 方法 基于中国知网、万方数据和维普中文期刊数据库,检索建库至2025年7月的芒针相关文献,经筛选后纳入872篇,运用CiteSpace软件进行年发文量、作者合作、机构合作、关键词共现、聚类及突现分析。 结果 年发文量自1988年起步,2010年后显著增长,2020年后年均稳定约44篇。核心作者(如杨兆钢、陈幸生、周婷、牛红月、杨铭)形成稳定合作网络,天津中医药大学第一附属医院为绝对高产机构。研究热点集中于芒针透刺、脑卒中及其后遗症以及电针应用。突现词显示近年持续聚焦脑卒中、吞咽障碍、电针和芒针透刺。 结论 本研究系统揭示了芒针领域近四十年的知识结构与演进态势,证实其研究热度持续攀升且趋于稳定。核心研究力量高度集中于天津、安徽等地机构,形成以杨兆钢团队为代表的技术传承体系,保障了芒针深刺透刺技术的延续性;但合作网络呈现“高聚集、弱连接”特征,跨地域学术交流不足可能制约创新扩散。当前研究热点聚焦神经系统疾病(尤其脑卒中后吞咽障碍、脊髓损伤)及芒针透刺、电针结合等特色技术,凸显其“深刺透刺”的临床优势。然而,操作技术的复杂性与安全性仍是临床推广的核心瓶颈。未来亟需深化芒针治疗吞咽障碍的神经机制研究,结合现代影像学与电生理技术解析作用通路;同时积极探索精神类疾病、自身免疫病等新适应症的潜力,推动多中心协作以突破地域局限,实现技术传承与创新发展的协同推进。

[Abstract]
Objective: To systematically examine the research landscape of awn needle therapy in China, elucidating its developmental trajectory, core research foci, and emerging trends to provide theoretical foundation and novel perspectives for future investigations. Methods: A comprehensive literature search was conducted across China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang Data, and VIP Chinese Journal Database for awn needle-related publications from database inception through February 2025. Following screening, 861 articles were included for analysis using CiteSpace software to examine annual publication trends, author collaboration networks, institutional partnerships, keyword co-occurrence, clustering, and burst detection. Results: Annual publication volume commenced in 1988, demonstrating substantial growth after 2010 and stabilizing at approximately 44 papers annually since 2020. Core authors (including Yang Zhaogang, Chen Xingsheng, Zhou Ting, Niu Hongyue, and Yang Ming) have established stable collaborative networks, with the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine emerging as the most prolific institution. Research hotspots concentrate on awn needle penetration techniques, stroke and its sequelae, and electroacupuncture applications. Burst term analysis reveals sustained recent focus on stroke, dysphagia, electroacupuncture, and awn needle penetration therapy. Conclusion: This investigation systematically reveals the knowledge structure and evolutionary trends in awn needle research over nearly four decades, confirming sustained and stabilizing research momentum. Core research capabilities are highly concentrated in institutions across Tianjin and Anhui provinces, forming technical inheritance systems exemplified by Yang Zhaogang's team, which ensures continuity of deep penetration techniques. However, the collaboration network exhibits characteristics of "high clustering with weak connectivity," suggesting that limited cross-regional academic exchange may constrain innovation diffusion. Current research priorities focus on neurological disorders (particularly post-stroke dysphagia and spinal cord injury) and distinctive techniques combining awn needle penetration with electroacupuncture, highlighting the clinical advantages of deep penetration therapy. Nevertheless, technical complexity and safety considerations remain primary obstacles to clinical implementation. Future research should prioritize elucidating the neural mechanisms underlying awn needle treatment of dysphagia through integration of modern imaging and electrophysiological techniques to map therapeutic pathways. Additionally, exploring potential applications in psychiatric disorders and autoimmune diseases while fostering multi-center collaborations to transcend regional limitations will be essential for advancing both technical inheritance and innovative development in this field.
