帕金森病的发病机制复杂，既涉及中枢神经系统的退变，也与外周脏腑功能紊乱相关，其病理特征涉及多系统功能紊乱。中医学“肝风内动”理论为该病的病因病机提供了系统解释。本文围绕肝风内动的核心病机，结合现代医学关于肝脏代谢、解毒与炎症应答的研究，探讨针灸调肝在帕金森病治疗中的多维机制。文章进一步梳理了针灸在新靶点识别与临床转化中的应用前景，提出以“肝”为切入点的整合治疗策略，为帕金森病的精准干预提供新思路。

Parkinson"s disease (PD) exhibits a complex pathogenesis involving both degeneration of the central nervous system and dysfunction of peripheral organs, characterized by multisystem functional disturbances. The Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory of "internal stirring of liver wind" provides a systematic explanation for its etiology and pathogenesis. Centering on this core pathogenesis, and integrating modern medical research on hepatic metabolism, detoxification, and inflammatory responses, this review explores the multidimensional mechanisms by which acupuncture regulates the liver to treat PD. Furthermore, the article outlines the application prospects of acupuncture in identifying novel therapeutic targets and facilitating clinical translation. It proposes an integrated therapeutic strategy focusing on the "liver" as a key intervention point, offering novel insights for the precise management of PD.
